The purpose of the present article is the experimental research breakdown processes in long aerial intervals between artificial aerosol cloud and core on the ground plane. The data of experiments have enabled to determine the spectral characteristics of electromagnetic radiation accompanying the discharges in artificial water charged aerosol clouds, created on the specialized stand. These results are important within the framework of EMC problems.
