A short review of being wireless digital communication networks (WDCN) is given in article. The peculiarities of inlying structure of WDCN air interface are analysed and a comparison of signal radiated by them with digital noise is realized. A radiated signal new WDCN UWB is considered, a practical identity its to digital noise is shown, a comparison of signal forms UWB and nervous action impulse is given. The criticism of being WDCN users protection methods is brought, and a suggestions on modification of inlying structure of air interface of these systems by way effectiveness improving of users protection are make. The possible ecological consequences of wide inculcation of new WDCN UWB are analysed, it potential danger for human health is shown.
