Feasibility of the high-frequency modulator development is considered. The
modulator is developed based on the system of circuits with nonlinear
coupling. Results of computer simulation are presented with the ferrite as
nonlinear element. Spiral MCG is used as a source of high currents. Performed
simulation showed that these devices allow to obtain high-frequency current
fluctuations in the frequency range from 40 MHz to 900 MHz. Performed
comparison with the experimental results demonstrated rather good correlation
between them.
