It is described systemized data which testify the important role of electromagnetic phenomena in crisis large-scale atmospheric processes like
typhoons (TC). The necessity to take into account the plasma subsystems influence on characteristics of tropical cyclones forming and their trajectories
is shown. It is investigated the electromagnetic forces influence on the hydrodynamical helicity generation in TC and its modulation. The simplified
model describing nanoparticles and ions motion in TC with account electromagnetic
forces is presented.
