The Numerical Analysis Method for the Flat Resonators Spectrum

Abstract

The solution of spectral problem for the electromagnetic H-polarized field in flat special type resonator is numerically simulated. The special modification of the potential theory method, used in the paper, is available to solve the problem for the wide range of resonator types.
