The endomorphic mapping of statistical sets of Radon representations of functions of backscattering of diffusing surfaces on topological invariant statistical sets of a fractal phase plane is investigated. The topology of the images received at such mapping allows to determine uniquely not only accessories of the received experimental data to the class of Radon representations, but also to identify axes of angle-radial coordinate system. The analytical continuation of back-radar Radon transformation on phase spaces (PS) with fractional (fractal) topological dimensionality (FTD) is offered. The typical points of attraction of process of radar Radon transformation in angle exposures (recording of partial Radon projections) and process of the recursion formation of back projection of sounded area are given.
