Diffraction of Electromagnetic Wave on a Cut in R3

Abstract

In the paper the quasi-stationary problem of diffraction on smooth ideal conductive screen (a cut in ) S is reduced to solution of boundary pseudodifferential equation of first order which is equivalent to Fredhold equation of second order in space L²(S). The uniqueness of solution of the boundary problem is proved in the axisymmetric case.
